Carlsberg have been gradually making a return over the past few months with their iconic “If Carlsberg Did” and “Probably the best” moments.
You may have seen the April Fools stunt we pulled with the Drone Delivery – well, we upped the ante with a genuine 96 sheet poster that dispenses beer!
This hasn’t been something brewing for a while – from initial idea to concept to reality, it has only been a matter of weeks. Working collaboratively with the client and their creative and PR agencies, we have produced the world’s first billboard that allows passers-by to pour themselves a beer!
The aim is to bring the brand strategy to life in a way that taps into the consumers, through fun and engaging experiences. Budgets have been tight, but we’ve managed to pull something off that’s not relying on great TV advertising. This is just one of many exciting new ideas that we’ll be serving up to punters over the course of the year to ensure beer drinkers across the country can see Carlsberg in a new and engaging light.
With OMDers at the event and at HQ, we were able to quickly execute campaign activation throughout the afternoon using Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The moment content was sent over, we’d review, select and activate – all in real time.
